Yoga for Soccer Players

Alternate Strength and Conditioning In October

There was a two week stretch this season where Gustavus Women's Soccer was playing a lot of games... on the road.  To keep up with their strength, the team generally lifts twice a week.  Once Monday mornings and once Thursdays after practice.  With the long stretch of games on the road, the coaching staff took a different approach and decided to supplement the lifting for yoga.  We all quickly found out that some of the team is not as flexible as others!
