Estee is awarded our "Player of the Week" for her outstanding defense in both the St. Olaf and Concordia games. Estee continually works hard in practices, and exemplifies the mental toughness of a Golden Gustie. Even when things aren't always going her way, she fights through it and works to improve her game and the game of her teammates. Time after time she shut down the speedy forwards of St. Olaf and Concordia, often given the tough task of marking up on the current leading scorer in the MIAC. As Estee works towards our Saturday game versus St. Benedict's, we know this "Player of the Week" status will brighten her day!
