Junior Goalkeeper Caroline Olson is the Gustavus Women's Soccer Player of the Week.  With two wins under her belt, and her first collegiate shutout, she earned it!

In Monday's game vs. UW Stout she was able to hold off a comeback from Stout with 8 saves to help the Gusties to their first win of the season!  Then it was UW La Crosse this past Saturday who surely felt her presence as she made 7 saves and collected anything that came in her box.  She took control early and led her defense to the Gusties first shutout since October 3, 2012.

A fantastic first week for the Gusties, and especially for Caroline, as she stayed mentally tough and strong through the heat to withstand UW La Crosse's attack.  She these wins helped her to prove she's a formidable opponent and competitor.
